今シーズンはちみつのお知らせ
長らくおまたせいたしました。
今シーズンのはちみつの準備が整いつつあり、販売開始前ですが公式ラインでご贔屓くださっている方へ先行してお知らせをさせていただいています。
まだ全ての商品は揃っていませんがBASEでショッピングサイトを立ち上げました。
こだわりのはちみつ、その思いをご一読いただけますと幸いです。
こちらに登録されている皆さまはご存知だとおもいますが、福⑧堂は日本蜜蜂の捕獲、移動、給餌などの世話をするいわゆる養蜂家ではありません。
滅多に人が立ち入らない森の中に住む野生の日本蜜蜂がストレス無くのびのびとした環境で集めた”本物のはちみつ"のみを分けてもらい、天候に左右される自然の中で、野生のみつばちから安定的な量のはちみつを分けてもらう事は簡単ではありませんが、みつばち目線を大切にこだわり抜いたはちみつを採蜜しています。
はちみつ農家に転身し6シーズンを迎えられたのもこれまで支えて下さった皆様のおかげであり、感謝しかありません。
はちみつへの想いは年々深まるばかりで、手間と愛情を注ぎ、はちみつの品質は間違いなく向上しています。
2021年も福8堂にしか採れないはちみつをビンに詰めました。

は只今準備中で、11月中旬頃に完成予定です。
今年も採れたての玖珠の恵みをお楽しみ下さい。
